Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Gauteng, Tshwane Metro, Centurion

Job Type: 10 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Mining

Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
• Implement document control processes to track revisions, approvals, and distribution
• Collaborate with project teams to organise and maintain documentation in a central repository
• Generate reports on document status, distribution, and any issues that may arise
• Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures

Experience:

10 years proven experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent understanding of document control processes and best practises
• Proficiency in document management systems and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
