The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of end-to-end operations—driving performance, scalability, and margin improvement across procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear operational plans and results
• Lead day-to-day multi-site operations and performance improvement
• Optimise supply chain, procurement, and supplier performance
• Own costing, pricing governance, and margin delivery
• Support and integrate acquisitions
• Build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability
• Partner with Sales and Finance to drive business performance

About You

• Proven COO / Operations Director experience
• Background in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics-led environments
• Strong commercial and supply chain expertise
• Track record of scaling operations and driving efficiency
• Hands-on leader with a data-driven, results-focused approach
