As Senior Systems & Applications Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of UAL’s digital student experience platforms. You will be managing multiple web and database server technologies, middleware and applications. You will also lead on the technical development, hosting and support of business-critical platforms and help develop these in response to UAL’s changing needs and to enhance student experience through continued service improvement.
The role will provide team leadership, managing day-to-day work allocation and technical priorities across a digital student experience operations team to ensure consistent service delivery, alignment to university objectives, and strong collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
This role is a 2-year fixed term contract.
