The Opportunity As a People Data Analyst at Goldsmiths, University of London, you will play a key role in supporting the People & Organisational Development (POD) department through the provision of high-quality data insights and reporting. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and analysing workforce data, developing dashboards, and contributing to the improvement of HR systems and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and other university departments to ensure data integrity and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
