Your new role
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring the accuracy of administrative and finance processes. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth operations, supporting colleagues, and delivering a professional experience to customers and suppliers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Creating customer quotes and invoices and maintain accurate bookkeeping
- Maintaining accurate processing transactions
- Preparing monthly management reports
- Supporting month-end reconciliations
- General office administration and record-keeping
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English (or equivalent)
- At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Familiarity with preparing management reports.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar cloud accounting software.
