ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to be part of our CRM transformation from the beginning, ensuring successful implementation of our new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in project and programme management, experienced with implementing CRM systems.  You’ll be proactive, innovative, and ready to roll up your sleeves to drive change and deliver impact.

We have embarked on a three-year organisation wide digital transformation programme, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of key CRM projects and effective implementation of platforms, infrastructure, and ways of working.

 

This is a 2-year fixed-term position.

 

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description.

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM from initiation to closure.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to ensure that requirements and user needs are identified and understood
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, and manage budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, key stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency and accountability, enabling collaboration and adoption of change.

 

WHAT WILL I NEED?

Diverse perspectives and unique skillsets are at the heart of Young Lives vs Cancer. To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate how you have:

  • Proven experience in project management role with comprehensive understanding of project and programme management methodologies, including PRINCE2, MSP and Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience implementing CRM solutions (ideally D365) that have provided business value.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical teams, business stakeholders (including executive and leadership groups) and external vendors and suppliers  
  • Ability to navigate organisational complexity and secure buy in for change initiatives.
  • Experience of implementing CRM solutions for not for profit and fundraising organisations is desirable but is not a prerequisite for this role.
