Your new role
TO DRIVE STORE SALES AND KPIs BY:

  • Contributing to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the global visual merchandising direction in assigned store.
  • Joins in on team meetings and briefs to make sure that all members of the team understand the VM expectation including standards, KPIs and sales performance and how VM influences these results.
  • Continuously gives feedback on the store requirements to the Lead VM, Store Manager and RVM. 
  • Makes sure all information from HQ VM team is passed through and implemented in store as per instruction.
  • Makes sure all campaigns are displayed at the right time as per HQ instruction.
  • Ensures the correct visual tools are used throughout the store correctly. 
  • Makes sure all mannequins within the store are dressed according to the visual story with the correct accessories and/or props. 
  • Ensures shop floor standards are met and maintained. 
  • Delivers weekly feedback on the store performance to the Lead VM and Store Manager. 
  • Creates and maintains commercially strong window displays that are of a high standard, including the positioning of mannequins and the cleanliness of window displays. 
  • Is required to work night shifts and some bank holidays in order to execute new launches and sale arrangements. 
  • Trains the team on the story behind new launches and also the maintenance of visual merchandising best practice. 
  • Trains the team on understanding how the store fixtures work and how to use to them productively, to better the customer journey. 
  • Minimises the risk of product loss on both the shop floor and the stock room. 
  • Ensures the store merchandising enhances customer service within the store. 
  • Gives weekly feedback to Lead VM on store and competitor feedback.
  • Highlights key critical issues that could affect the store’s commercial performance.
  • Ensures that fixtures and props are looked after to a good a standard, that doesn’t decrease the life expectancy of said product.
  • Ensures that good health and safety practice is followed each day, leading by example.
  • Ensures all staff follow good practice of health and safety policy. 
  • As a key holder, is responsible for all operations rules to be followed as per LPP instruction and training. This includes before and during trading hours, with careful attention made during the opening and closing process. 
  • Runs through product features and benefits to the team during team brief meetings and training sessions on both new lines and best sellers. 
  • Initiates independent learning to improve personal and team performance.
