The financial coordinator will be responsible for financial recording, reporting, variance analysis, training of staff and resolving problem areas at Phinda. This role will suit a candidate that is a team player who is professional, results orientated, has attention to detail and good people skills. The candidate must have the ability to work independently while being part of a team. The role will require investment in time, specifically over month and year ends, to produce accurate and timely results. This is a mid-level ‘live in’ office/administrative role at Phinda that will report to the Regional Finance Manager/Finance Controller and have no/very little contact with guests.
