Salary: £31,500 per annum (negotiable DOE) + paid overtime
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Driving Licence: Essential

Our client is looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their team in the Liverpool area, carrying out a range of duties including tiling, plumbing joinery, drylining, plastering, screeding and more.

Our client is a contractor that specialises in the social housing sector, providing void work and planned

maintenance to domestic properties in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. They are currently seeking

an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Tradesperson:

· Carry out various tasks including tiling, plumbing, joinery, drylining, screeding

· Bathroom and kitchen renewals

· Plastering skills an advantage (not essential)

· Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients

· Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within given timeframes

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Skilled in tiling, plumbing, joinery, plastering

· Full bathroom refurbs

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Full UK driving licence
