Are you an experienced care professional looking for a leadership role where you can support colleagues, improve service quality and make a lasting difference? Transforming Support is looking for a Deputy Service Manager to help lead its large supported living service in Chipstead. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex needs. This is a practical, people focused leadership role. You will guide the team, oversee daily operations and help ensure every person receives support that reflects their individual strengths, choices and aspirations. This is a full time, permanent position, and we welcome applications from both men and women. Benefits include: A discretionary £1,000 annual bonus, 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays and a fully funded enhanced DBS check.
