What you’ll be doing

As a Moulding Operator, you’ll help keep moulding machines running efficiently while supporting the inspection, assembly and packing of lenticular modules to customer specifications.

Duties will include:

• Operating moulding machinery as part of the production process
• Inspecting parts against quality specifications
• Assembling and packing lenticular modules
• Checking that the correct materials are being used
• Completing paperwork and production documentation accurately
• Supporting smooth handovers from shift to shift
• Maintaining good housekeeping and working to 5S standards
• Following standard operating procedures, work instructions and health and safety requirements
• Working as part of the team to meet production, quality and safety standards

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in manufacturing, production, machine operating, assembly, packing or a similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes
• Reliable, practical and happy working rotating double day shifts
• Quality-focused with good attention to detail
• Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A good communicator with a positive, “can do” attitude

Previous moulding, machine operating, assembly or production experience would be useful, but the most important thing is that you are dependable, practical and willing to learn.
