The role This is an opportunity to move your leadership career forward while helping shape the quality and direction of a large supported living service. As Deputy Service Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead the staff team, oversee day to day operations and maintain safe, effective and person centred support. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex needs. You will help ensure that every person receives support built around their individual strengths, choices and aspirations. You will be a visible and approachable leader, giving colleagues the guidance they need, building effective relationships with professional teams and helping the service continue to develop. It is a role with genuine responsibility and influence. You will contribute to decisions about quality, staffing, assessments, new placements, service improvement and the effective use of resources.
