Are you a graduate looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine impact on young people's lives?

We are seeking a resilient, proactive and committed Behaviour Mentor to provide one-to-one support to children and young people who face barriers to education.

You will work closely with schools to support pupils who may have experienced school exclusions, have additional needs, struggle with challenging behaviour or have been out of education for an extended period.

Through consistent mentoring and pastoral support, you will help young people build confidence, develop positive behaviours and re-engage with education. The role will also involve accompanying pupils on planned outings and community activities to develop their social skills and independence.

What We're Looking For

• A graduate from any discipline; Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Education or similar backgrounds would be advantageous.

• A resilient, patient and adaptable individual who can remain calm under pressure.

• Someone confident building positive relationships with young people.

• A proactive and reliable person committed to making a difference.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Previous experience supporting children or young people is beneficial, but graduates with transferable skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
