Graduate Transport & Logistics Coordinator

• Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
• Salary: Circa £27,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating UK transport bookings and daily distribution operations.
• Supporting European road freight shipments and customs processes.
• Managing stock movements and warehouse operations.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling enquiries and preparing quotations.
• Negotiating transport rates and developing commercial awareness.
• Managing shipments from booking through to delivery and invoicing.
• Assisting with warehouse duties, including loading and unloading vehicles following training.

What We're Looking For

• A graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree in any subject.
• Previous customer service experience, including part-time or university employment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence in solving problems and working to deadlines.
• An enthusiastic, motivated individual keen to learn and develop.
