The Role

You will work closely alongside the Site Manager, acting as the eyes and ears on site and reporting back where required.

• Supervising and coordinating trades and labour on site
• Reporting progress, issues and any concerns back to the Site Manager
• Helping to maintain good standards of health & safety and housekeeping
• Ensuring operatives are working to the required standards
• Assisting with the works where required
• Being a reliable point of contact on site when the Site Manager is not immediately available

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar
• Good knowledge of construction site operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to supervise a team while also being hands-on when required
• Reliable and confident dealing with trades and site management
• Relevant site qualifications/cards required for the role

Candidates with good references will be invited to meet the Site Manager on site before starting.

If you're interested and available from early/mid-October, please get in touch.
