KPI Education is working with a secondary school in Wolverhampton seeking a motivated Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor to join its team. Whether you're considering teaching, psychology, youth work, SEND or a career in pastoral support, this position offers valuable experience of working directly with young people in an educational setting. What will you be doing?You'll provide guidance and encouragement to students who may need additional support to feel confident, remain engaged and make positive progress at school. Working alongside teaching staff and the pastoral team, you'll help young people navigate challenges, develop their independence and build a more positive relationship with education.
