About the Practice
Their approach is distinctive: combining clinical excellence and pragmatism with a deep commitment to client care. Rather than focusing on commercial targets, they measure what truly counts — their impact.

The organisation also understands that the wellbeing of their people is vital. They work hard to create a supportive, engaging environment where every colleague feels valued, heard, and equipped for success.

My client is a modern, well-equipped facility, featuring:
• Separate dog and cat kennelling areas
• In-house radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopy
• Piped gases and a wide range of orthopaedic equipment

The clinic benefits from a team with diverse clinical interests, providing a rich pool of knowledge and experience to draw from. The size of the team allows for flexibility in weekend rotas — with enhanced pay and stand-down time during the week following weekend shifts.

• Flexible and remote working options
• CPD allowance: one week and £500 per year
• Full RCVS fees paid

• Wide range of staff discounts

About the Role
• Supporting consultations and providing inpatient care

The practice is fast-paced and stimulating — no two days are the same. The team recognises that balance is essential, and flexible working options ensure that every nurse can enjoy the right work–life fit while helping to deliver an outstanding service.
