I’m working with a fast-growing premium consumer brand looking for an experienced Senior Wholesale Sales Manager to play a key role in its continued UK and international growth, And for this one, true wholesale experience really matters

We’re looking for someone who understands how wholesale works in practice, someone who has managed agents, key retail accounts and wholesale partners, knows how to grow existing accounts and open new ones, and is comfortable building long-term commercial relationships.

You’ll ideally come from luxury, premium retail, fashion, accessories, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle or another design-led consumer brand.

What we’re looking for

✨ Strong B2B wholesale sales experience within a premium consumer brand
✨ Experience working with and managing agents
✨ Management of major retailers, stockists, distributors and key accounts
✨ A track record of winning new wholesale business and growing existing accounts
✨ Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills
✨ Comfortable identifying new markets, partners and growth opportunities
✨ Someone entrepreneurial who can operate with autonomy and make things happen
