Fulfilment Supervisor - Burnley

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Supervisor to join our well-established client based in Burnley.

This hands-on role is ideal for somebody with strong organisational skills and experience within a warehousing, logistics or fulfilment environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Warehouse Administrator,  Stock Control Supervisor or Fulfilment Coordinator.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.57 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Fulfilment Supervisor are:

• Coordinating the day-to-day execution of customer orders
• Acting as the main point of contact between suppliers, customers, freight partners and internal teams
• Ensuring customer orders are received, processed and delivered accurately and on time
• Preparing, processing and maintaining logistics and shipping documentation, including customs, commercial and transport documents
• Using order processing software on a daily basis
• Setting daily targets for the fulfilment team
• Liaising regularly with the Customer Service Manager to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock accuracy
• Providing training, guidance and support to the fulfilment team when required
• Carrying out general administrative and ad hoc duties as required

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Fulfilment Supervisor, you will need:

• Previous experience within logistics, warehousing or administration
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management/order processing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise workload effectively
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
