I am on the lookout for a confident and experienced Bar General Manager to join a NEW private members’ club in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong F&B and restaurant experience looking to take a senior leadership role in a sophisticated and dynamic environment. 

About the Club: 
A new prestigious and elegant members’ club with a focus on refined service and exceptional dining experiences. The club features a stylish bas, private dining rooms, and exclusive event spaces. 

The Role: 
Bar General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bars, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets, and work closely with senior management to deliver an exceptional member experience. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience in F&B management within high-end restaurants, hotels, or private clubs. 

• Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar service, including premium wines, cocktails, and fine dining. 

• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. 

• Confident, polished, and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
