Graduate Learning Support Assistant Birmingham | Full-Time | £20,000-£25,000 Start your career supporting young people to thrive Are you a graduate who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning? Would you like to gain practical experience in a secondary school while developing your understanding of Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join an inclusive secondary school in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to gain meaningful experience working with students and is considering a future career in teaching, SEN, educational psychology or another education-based profession. The Role As a Graduate LSA, you'll work closely with teachers and the school's wider support team to help students get the most from their education. You'll provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their independence and grow in confidence. Your responsibilities will include:
