General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Location: Columbia, MO
Salary: Hourly | Equivalent to $80,000 + Bonus

We’re partnering with a successful franchisee of a well-established Quick Service Restaurant brand on the search for a General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations in Columbia, Missouri. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead from the front and play a key role in maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational consistency
• Managing scheduling, labour, food costs, inventory, and daily financial performance
• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained
• Monitoring operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience within a Quick Service restaurant
• Hands-on experience working with fryer-based operations is required
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
• Strong operational and financial understanding of restaurant management
• Passion for hospitality, consistency, and creating a great workplace culture
