Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor Coventry | Full-Time | £20,000-£25,000 Are you a motivated graduate who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people? Do you have the patience, resilience and interpersonal skills to support students who may face challenges with behaviour, confidence, attendance or engagement? We are working with a supportive and ambitious secondary school in Coventry who are looking for a dedicated Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain meaningful experience in education before progressing into teaching, pastoral care, youth work, psychology or SEND. The Role As a Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor, you will provide targeted support to students who need additional guidance to engage positively with school and their learning. Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
