Our client, a leading international real estate provider, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across Leeds.
 
This is a senior role responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, managing service charge budgets, supplier and team performance, compliance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
  • Lead site teams and manage supplier performance.
  • Oversee M&E services, compliance, and health & safety.
  • Conduct inspections and manage planned works.
  • Manage procurement, contractors, and capital projects.
  • Build strong client and tenant relationships.
  • Produce reports and chair stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure security, emergency, and sustainability standards are maintained.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Facilities Manager with multi-site or large-site experience.
  • Strong knowledge of service charge budgets, commercial leases, and landlord & tenant relationships.
  • Experience managing teams and contractors.
  • Good understanding of M&E services and statutory compliance.
  • NEBOSH qualified; IWFM/RICS desirable.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.

Package

  • Salary around £50,000.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy more.
