Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance | Full Time, Permanent | 7:00am - 4:00pm

Working across CAT A and CAT B office fit-out, high-end commercial interiors and healthcare projects, you'll be responsible for driving projects from pre-construction through to successful handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

The Role

• Delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Managing high-end workplace, corporate and healthcare schemes.
• Taking ownership of project budgets, cost control, reporting and commercial performance.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Managing project programmes and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading project meetings and providing clear progress reporting.
• Ensuring quality, health & safety and customer expectations are met at every stage.
• Managing successful project handovers and resolving any delivery challenges.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out.
• Proven track record delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
• Experience within commercial offices, corporate workplaces, healthcare or high-end interiors.
• Strong cost management and financial reporting capabilities.
• Client-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop and progress.
• Practical construction experience gained through project delivery rather than purely academic routes.
• Well-rounded, proactive and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
