The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical and educational development

• Working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Observing children's development and contributing to learning records

• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

• Supporting children's individual needs and routines

• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification

• Have experience working with children within an Early Years or nursery setting

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS

• Be enthusiastic, caring, patient and reliable

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

• Be confident in supporting children's individual learning and development

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
