Graduate Classroom Supervisor (Secondary School)Location: Gateshead Working hours: 8.30 am – 3.30 pm Full Time £550 - £600 Per Week Start date: 1st September 2026 We are recruiting for a Classroom Supervisor for an 11-18 Secondary School in the Gateshead area, to work on an ongoing basis for the 2026-27 academic year. Your role & responsibilities: ● Deliver pre-set lessons and materials in the absence of the main class teacher ● Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for pupils ● Follow and implement the school’s Safeguarding and Behaviour policies ● Liaise with the school’s Cover Manager to provide feedback on classes ● No planning or marking required Non-negotiables: ● Graduate-level qualification ● Passion for education and working with children and young people ● Hard-working, flexible and reliable ● Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one Apply now!
