1:1 Classroom Support

Milk Education is recruiting for a mainstream primary school in Liverpool. The staff team is committed to creating a nurturing, structured and aspirational environment where every young person can thrive.

We are seeking a strong academic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high‑quality learning across the school.

This role combines focused 1:1 academic support alongside general classroom responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 Maths support to a Year 3 pupil on Mondays and Fridays
• Work as a general classroom TA across various subjects for the remainder of the week
• Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils
• Assist teachers in delivering learning activities
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour
• Differentiate and adapt learning support to meet individual needs

We are looking for someone who is:

• Resilient, patient and nurturing
• Passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH / SEN needs
• A strong communicator and effective team player
