Warehouse Operative - Handballer - Doncaster

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative - Handballer to join our well-established client based in Doncaster.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Yard Operative, or Loader and are looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am to 2:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative - Handballer are:

• Unloading deliveries as they arrive (up to 25kg)
• Picking, banding and packing boxes for orders
• Labelling and taping boxes ready for despatch
• Stacking products onto pallets
• Shrink wrapping and palletising orders
• Sorting stock in order from picking sheets

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative - Handballer, you will need:

• Previous experience within a warehouse or yard environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy stock (up to 25kg)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions accurately
• A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively
• Good communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude
• A strong work ethic
• Availability to start work as soon as possible

Training:

• Full company policy and procedure training
• Ongoing support and development
