These schools provide structured and supportive environments where staff work together to maintain high standards of behaviour, learning, and student engagement.

We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor on a day-to-day basis, with long-term opportunities available for the right Cover Supervisor. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned work across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain focused throughout each lesson. This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, confident, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• At least 6 months’ experience working within a UK education setting
• Experience supporting students within a secondary school environment
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
