Nursery Practitioner – Oxford

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible patterns considered)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and hours)
Location: Oxfordshire

About the Role:

Join a welcoming nursery setting in Wantage as a Nursery Practitioner, delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional to be part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework
• Experience working in UK nursery settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
• Support children's development in line with EYFS
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
• Work collaboratively within the nursery team
