Your Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant or Support Worker, you could be:

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
  • Helping children with autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and other additional needs.
  • Encouraging learning, communication and independence.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and families.
  • Creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.

  • Passionate about helping children succeed.
  • Experienced in education, care or support work (desirable but not essential).
