Role Overview

The school is seeking a committed Secondary Cover Supervisor who combines effective behaviour management skills with a creative and supportive approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to deliver an engaging and innovative curriculum. A strong dedication to maintaining high standards and inspiring a love of learning in all pupils is essential.

Key Requirements

• Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable but not essential)
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered
• Proven expertise in classroom and behaviour management
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its requirements
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes
