  • Exceptional empathy, patience, and understanding.

  • Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.

  • A calm, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting young people.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, or other additional needs.

  • Is confident working with students who may display challenging behaviour.

  • Can remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Is committed to promoting inclusion, resilience, and positive outcomes for every pupil.

What We Offer

  • Competitive daily pay of £92.63 – £110, depending on experience.

  • A supportive and experienced school team.

  • Opportunities for professional development and training.

  • The chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.

  • Flexible opportunities with the potential for long-term and permanent roles.

If you are an empathetic, resilient individual with excellent behaviour management skills and a passion for helping young people succeed, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to begin a rewarding career supporting pupils within a specialist SEMH setting.
