The Role: Milk Education is recruiting for an Aspiring Gang Prevention Officer to work within a classroom-based setting, supporting students at risk of exclusion, exploitation, or involvement in gangs. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals looking to build a career in youth work, youth justice, or safeguarding. You will be working closely with vulnerable young people in SEN and SEMH schools, helping them stay engaged in education while developing the resilience and life skills needed to make positive choices.
