Milk Education is working with a fantastic school who are looking for an Aspiring Youth Justice Worker to join their team as a Behaviour Support Worker. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain real, hands-on experience supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and developing the skills needed for a future career within youth justice, mentoring, safeguarding or support work. You don’t need to have years of experience — what matters most is your attitude, resilience, and passion for helping young people overcome barriers. Whether you’re a recent Criminology graduate, have experience in youth work, volunteering, coaching, care, or simply know that working with young people is where you want your career to go, we’d love to hear from you.
