Remote Business Development Manager – TFM / Integrated Facilities Management (UK Wide)

About the Opportunity

We’re recruiting for a leading UK corporate services provider on an exclusive Business Development Manager role focused on TFM (Total Facilities Management) and IFM (Integrated Facilities Management).

You’ll be selling multi-service facilities management contracts where hard services (M&E, electrical, plumbing, fire, BEMS, fabric) and soft services (cleaning, security, helpdesk, reception, waste, workplace support) are delivered under a single integrated contract.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business growth and strategic account expansion across a UK-wide corporate and public-sector portfolio.
• Lead complex bids and tenders, designing win strategies alongside bid and operations teams.
• Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, including blue-chip corporates and public-sector bodies.
• Sell integrated FM solutions, not single-service cleaning, security, or catering-only.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth mobilisation and delivery.

Who You Are

• An experienced BDM or Solutions Manager with a track record in multi-service FM / TFM / IFM.
• Comfortable selling both hard and soft FM services under one contract.
• Based at a TFM/IFM provider
• Strong in bids, tenders, strategic negotiations, and complex contract sales.
• Open to a UK-wide role with flexibility on location.
