⏰ Shift: 4 days out of 7, 07:00–19:00
💷 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
📄 Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Ideal Recruit is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operaive to join our team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately
• Maintaining stock levels and carrying out regular checks
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and well organised
• Operating warehouse equipment safely (where applicable)
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Ability to carry out physical tasks, including heavy lifting
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Forklift or other machinery certification (where applicable)
