Your Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in lessons across your specialist subject
• Deliver focused 1:1 and small group intervention sessions
• Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential
• Assist teachers in creating engaging and inspiring lessons
• Build positive relationships with students and become a trusted role model
• Develop the classroom skills and confidence needed for future teacher training

We're Looking For

• A graduate with a 2:1 or above (all degree subjects considered)
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• An aspiring teacher or graduate exploring a long-term career in education
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
