As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will occupy a unique position within the school community, working with both the highest-achieving students and those who need targeted intervention to maximise their academic progress. That afternoon, you may be delivering small-group interventions designed to boost confidence and attainment for students who need additional academic guidance.
