  • Build strong relationships that support behaviour, focus, and confidence
  • Work alongside experienced teachers to develop your own teaching skillset

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group university
  • Strong academic background and passion for education
  • Confident, articulate, and proactive personality
  • A genuine desire to pursue teaching or a career working with young people
  • Experience with students (desirable, but not essential)

What You’ll Get:

  • £26,500 – £30,000 salary – earn while you gain experience
  • A structured route into teacher training in 2027
  • Mentorship from Outstanding teachers and supportive SLT
  • A high-performing school with a positive, driven culture
  • Excellent transport links across Ealing and West London

This is more than just a stepping stone—this is your chance to join a school that develops graduates into exceptional educators.
