We are currently working with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger / Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business environment offering stability and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising customer invoices, including uploading to relevant portals where required
• Proactively managing and collecting outstanding debt
• Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication methods
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries with internal teams and external clients
• Carrying out credit and risk checks using internal systems
• Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Credit Control role
• Experience using Sage
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly organised with a data-driven and analytical approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
