We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director of People & Culture to help lead and elevate our people strategy, talent development, and organizational success.

About the Role

As Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will support the leadership of the People & Culture function and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring excellence across all areas:

• Culture & Engagement
• Industrial Relations & HR Compliance
• Talent Acquisition & Development
• Learning & Development
• HR Operations

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Minimum 3 years in a senior HR leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industrial relations
• High level of computer literacy and experience with HR systems
• Proven experience supporting culture, training, or people development initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A fair, empathetic, and collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Approx. $3,400 USD per month
• Housing Allowance: $1,300 USD per month
• Vehicle Allowance: $450 USD per month
• 21 days annual vacation
