We are looking for an SEN Primary Teacher who is:

  • Experienced in a SEN school setting (essential)
  • Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a nurturing approach to teaching
  • Skilled in adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
  • Collaborative, working closely with support staff, therapists, and families
  • Committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working within a SEN school environment (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour support strategies
  • Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
