Marketing Director

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £120,000 plus package 

We are working with a high growth, multi-site consumer brand seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join the senior leadership team at a pivotal stage of expansion.

This is a strategic, board facing role with full accountability for marketing performance across a rapidly scaling estate. The successful candidate will lead brand, digital, CRM, campaigns and new openings, ensuring marketing activity is tightly aligned to commercial objectives and long term brand vision.

The Role:

As Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the end to end marketing strategy across all brands and venues. You will act as the single point of accountability for marketing at Board level, leading a multi-disciplinary in house team and a network of specialist agency partners.

• Defining and delivering a clear, board approved marketing strategy aligned to brand and commercial goals
• Acting as the senior marketing voice within the leadership team, providing confident, data-led direction and challenge
• Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the overarching vision
• Leading digital performance across website, booking journey, CRM and data-led marketing
• Driving customer acquisition, conversion and repeat visitation through optimised digital, CRM and campaign activity
• Owning brand communications and creative output, ensuring consistent, high quality execution across all channel
• Planning and delivering seasonal, promotional and brand campaigns with a clear commercial focus
• Managing the marketing budget, delivering ROI, forecasting and performance reporting
• Producing clear, data-led quarterly updates for the Board

Experience:

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience within a multi-site or consumer-led business
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of revenue, margin and ROI
• Deep experience across digital, CRM, brand and integrated campaign delivery
• Experience leading mixed in-house teams and agency partners
• Confidence operating at board level, presenting data, strategy and performance
• A decisive, organised and delivery-focused leadership style
