KPI Recruiting Ltd are a leading multi sector recruiter in Queesnlie Industrial Estate, Glasgow.  We have a great opportunity for a resourcer to join our business  based at our Glasgow office.  You will be supporting the recruitment consultants with the daily activities of a busy recruitment office in order for us to deliver our outstanding service.

You will be responsible for:

CV Search/Sourcing

• Sourcing and evaluating CVs for submission for Temp and Perm roles.

• Source and select candidates using database, job boards social media campaigns etc

• Identify skills to match against vacancies

• Help to come up with ideas of better ways of recording skills, finding the right candidates

Candidate Management

• pre screen and telephone interview candidates and arrange interviews for consultants
• Network and promote vacancies to potential candidates
• Deal with day to day calls and enquiries

Administration/Advertising

• Ensure database is up to date with all relevant information

• Write adverts/Job descriptions and liase with marketing to build campaigns

• Manage and develop candidate relationships to ensure all candidates are kept informed throughout the process.

• Deal with general queries
