We're looking for an Engineering Supervisor who can blend hands-on technical expertise with confident leadership - keeping production running, developing people, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

What you'll be responsible for

• Leading, coaching, and developing a multi-skilled engineering team

• Ensuring effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance

• Improving reliability, reducing downtime, and boosting overall equipment performance

• Upholding food safety, compliance, and site H&S standards at all times

• Supporting CI initiatives and helping shape the long-term engineering strategy

What you'll bring

• A strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled)

• Proven supervisory or team-leading experience in manufacturing (food/FMCG ideal)

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset - comfortable being hands-on when needed

• Flexibility to work a rotating days/nights shift pattern
