Experienced Estate Agent | South Shore, Blackpool and Poulton-Le-Fylde| Full Time | £25,000-£30,000 basic, with OTE earnings of up to £40,000, based on performance

Our team works across both the Blackpool and Poulton Le Fylde areas, offering a comprehensive range of services to buyers, sellers, and landlords. We are a dynamic and forward-thinking agency, looking for talented professionals to join our expanding team.

We are seeking an experienced estate agent who has either prior experience in property valuations or a negotiator looking for the opportunity to progress into a valuation role. The successful candidate will be based at our Poulton Le Fylde office but will be required to cover both our Poulton Le Fylde and Blackpool branches as needed.

Are you the right person for us?

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
• Proven experience as an estate agent or negotiator with a strong understanding of the property market
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel between both branches in Blackpool and Poulton Le Fylde

What will your role as an Estate Agent look like?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on market conditions and property value
• Collaborate with the wider team to drive property sales and marketing efforts
• Ensure all valuations and transactions are carried out efficiently and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service
• Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly targets, including performance-based commissions
