£12.58 - £12.58/hour + £12.58 per hour, afternoons 2pm-10pm, Temp-perm, Overtime - Time and a third in the week / Time and a half on Saturdays and Double time on Sundays!

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading distribution company in their search for a Warehouse Operative to work in their facility in Telford

 For the successful Warehouse Operative our client is offering:

  • £12.58 per hour
  • Fixed afternoons - 2pm-10pm shift
  • Temporary- Permanent 
  • Overtime available after 39 hours are worked (Time and a third in the week (£16.73) / Time and a half on Saturdays (£18.87) and Double time on Sundays! (£25.16)
  • Training opportunities 
  • Free parking - Our client is accessible via public transport

The role - Warehouse Operative:

  • Order picking
  • Walking with a pump truck all day, visiting approx. 250 locations per shift
  • Goods in and goods out
  • Loading the finished product ready for despatch 
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Use of a Warehouse Management Systems 
  • Recording details of the products loaded
  • Stocktaking
  • Dispatch
  • Putting labels on to products

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Operative

  • Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
  • Must be happy with heavy lifting 
  • Must have picking and packing experience- ESSENTIAL
  • Must have good numeracy skills- ESSENTIAL 
  • Must be happy with working within a fast paced warehouse environment
