Recruitment Consultant - Primary

Salary – up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Potential OTE of £75,000 per annum

Experience Required:

• Previous recruitment experience in any industry is highly favourable.
• Account management experience is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.

Job Description:

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Primary School team. In this role, you will support existing clients while focusing on converting new and lapsed business. This is a fast-paced recruitment sales role with the following responsibilities:

• Business development.
• New and lapsed sales.
• Search, selection, and interviewing of candidates.
• Managing school accounts through effective communication, business development, and relationship building.
• Conducting face-to-face new business meetings and service reviews.
• Processing payroll.
• Attending job fairs and university events.
• Supporting and sponsoring school cluster meetings.
• Attending school awards ceremonies.
